Terms of Service

Last updated: January 1, 2026

Thanks for choosing Endolog. We built this app to help you understand your body and track what matters. Since we can't get to know every person who uses Endolog personally, we've written these Terms to keep things fair and clear for everyone.

What these words mean

When we say "Endolog," "we," or "us," we're talking about Endolog Inc. When we say "Services," we mean the Endolog app, website, and anything else we build and maintain for you—whether that's on your phone, computer, or web browser. "You" means the person using Endolog.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a significant change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and let you know. By using Endolog, you agree to the latest version of these Terms.

Your account and password

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and making sure it stays that way. If someone gets access to your account because of a password you shared or didn't protect, we can't be held responsible for what happens to your data. That's on you.

Everything that happens on your account—including every log, note, or entry—is your responsibility. If you invite other people to use Endolog with your account, you're responsible for what they do too.

We only allow real people to create accounts. If you use a bot or automated process to sign up, your account will be shut down.

Canceling your account

You can cancel your account anytime from your account settings. It's straightforward—we'll walk you through it.

When you cancel, your data becomes inaccessible right away. Within 30 days, we'll permanently delete everything from our systems. It's gone for good after that.

We also reserve the right to suspend or shut down your account if you violate these Terms or use Endolog in a way we don't allow. We take this seriously, and we'll reach out first when we can. If we do suspend your account, you won't be able to access anything. If we terminate it, your account and all your data will be deleted permanently.

How we keep your data safe

Your data is important to us, and we take protecting it seriously. We use backups, encryption, and redundancy to keep your information secure. Data in transit from the internet to our systems is always encrypted. In rare cases, data might move through our network unencrypted, but we minimize when this happens.

We provide Endolog "as is" without guaranteeing uptime for most features, but we take app stability seriously and work to keep things running smoothly. If your usage is way above what we'd normally see, we might temporarily disable your account—but we'll always reach out first unless it's an emergency.

How we use your data

You're trusting us with your health information. We get that. We only use your data to provide and improve Endolog—nothing else. Here's when we might actually look at your data:

We use third-party companies to help us run Endolog—things like hosting, payments, and analytics. These partners only access what they need to do their job and are contractually bound to keep your data confidential.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), we're a "service provider"—not a data broker. This means we process your information only for the purpose you signed up for. We don't sell your data or use it for our own commercial purposes without your permission. We also expect you to use Endolog in compliance with CCPA regulations.

Your content and our app

Everything you log and track in Endolog is yours. You own your data. When you use Endolog, you give us a limited license to access and process your information so we can provide the app to you—but we don't claim any ownership over your content.

We don't scan your entries before you post them, but we reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or the law.

All the code, design, and technology that make up Endolog belong to us. You can't copy, duplicate, or reuse any part of it without our written permission. If you want to use our logo for something, ask us—we'll probably say yes, but we need to know.

Features, bugs, and what we don't promise

We design Endolog carefully based on what we've learned and what our users tell us. But we can't promise it will do everything you want or work exactly the way you expect it to.

Like all software, Endolog has bugs. We track the ones you report and prioritize fixes for anything affecting security or privacy. We work through bugs as quickly as we can, but we can't guarantee a completely error-free app.

What we're not responsible for

Here's the legal part: Endolog Inc. is not responsible for damages from using or not being able to use the app—including lost profits, lost data, or anything else—even if we knew it might happen. This covers direct losses, indirect losses, special damages, and anything else related to these Terms or Endolog.

In plain English: Using Endolog is your choice. If something goes wrong, the responsibility is yours. We work hard to make Endolog reliable and secure, but we can't guarantee perfection. By using the app, you're making a bet on us—and we hope it pays off.
